The 2013 is a serious Sauvignon Blanc beginning with aromatics of honeydew, grapefruit, macadamia nut and sea salt. Fresh with nice weight, depth, and rounded texture. Dried apricot and lime zest lead to the wine’s mineral intensity and persistence.
