Red, Wine & Brew is hosting a pre-Easter Bordeaux Wine Dinner! We will pair one 4oz glass of each of the following featured wines: Noble Blason Bordeaux Blanc, Château Moulin Neuf Blaye – Côtes de Bordeaux, Château Moulin Rompu Médoc, and Chevalier du Pastel d’ Yvon Mau Sauternes with the following cuisine: Strawberry Goat Cheese Salad, Beef Potato Onion Tartiflette, Smoked Chicken Bordelaise and a Fruit Tart.
